Upgrade 11i to R12: Install the 10.2.0.3 patchset on the new OH
NOTE: This is done on Linux environment and the postupgrade installation is not presented here. Also, for the preinstall task please consult the README file for the patch# 5337014. 1. Download from Metalink the patch 5337014 for Linux x86. Patchset 5337014 : 10.2.0.3 PATCH SET FOR ORACLE DATABASE SERVER 2. Copy the p5337014_10203_LINUX.zip file to a directory and unzip it cd /PATCHES/5337014 unzip p5337014_10203_LINUX.zip 3. 1. Download from Metalink the patch 5337014 for Linux x86.

Patchset 5337014 : 10.2.0.3 PATCH SET FOR ORACLE DATABASE SERVER

2. Copy the p5337014_10203_LINUX.zip file to a directory and unzip it

cd /PATCHES/5337014

unzip p5337014_10203_LINUX.zip

3. Apply the 10.2.0.3 patchset on the new 10.2.0.1 Oracle Home interactively

cd /PATCHES/ 5337014/Disk1

./runInstaller
