1. Prepare the UNIX OS for Oracle 10g database installation

2. Create as root the new directories for R12
mkdir -p /APPS_DB_R12/db/apps_st/data mkdir -p /APPS_DB_R12/db/tech_st/10.2.0 chown -R oracle:dba /APPS_DB_R12
3. Install the new Oracle Home 10.2.0.1 into the /APPS_DB_R12/db/tech_st/10.2.0
Click "Next".
Click "Next".
Click "Install".
Run root.sh as root. Click "Ok".
Click "Exit".
