1. Apply Oracle XML Parser for Java Patch 4583125

Patch 4583125: REHOSTING ORACLE XML PARSER FOR JAVA 9.0.4+ WITH FIX FOR BUG 4521742

2. Obtain & Apply Applications Interoperability Patches
